User (Contact) not showing in the Manage Users Lists
There are instances wherein a certain user who has access to NetSuite will not show up in the "Manage Users" list. For example, if a contact has Give Access= True but the main customer where the contact is associated to has Give Access= False (See image below for reference), the contact with access to NetSuite will not show up in the "Manage Users" screen.
On the other note, if the main customer has Give Access= True and the contact associated to the customer has also Give Access= True, the only one that will show up in the "Manager Users" screen is the main customer. By default, only users who have a standalone access to NetSuite will appear in the Manage Users list.
