Create a Memorized Transactions Saved Search which includes Customer Name

Scenario:

·        Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New >Memorized Transaction

·        Customer name is not available under Criteria and Resultstabs

 

Solution:

Create a Transaction saved search with a filter for Memorized Transactions

1.   Navigate to Lists > Search> Saved Searches > New > Transaction

2.   Set this field under the Criteria tab> Standard sub tab:

Memorized = is True

3.   Add this field under the Results tab> Columns sub tab:

Customer Fields: Name

4.   Click Preview
