Exclamation Mark Icon beside the Robots.txt File in the File Cabinet

The exclamation mark indicates a file being replaced in which NetSuite would provide a default copy of. It is intentional.

It is helpful when replacing the bitmap images that comprise of Themes and the Product User Interface, or other default hosted files.
