Subsidiary Address when Printing Invoice Does not Update even after Changing the Address in the Subsidiary Record on a OneWorld Account


User changes the address of one the child subsidiaries by navigating to Setup > Company > Subsidiaries > edit Address. When user prints the invoice which belongs to the subsidiary by navigating to Transactions > Sales > Create Invoices > Lists > Print, the subsidiary address on the invoice remains unchanged.

To resolve: 

Uncheck the Use Location Address on Forms box at Setup > Company > Printing & Fax > Printing tab.

Note: Checking the Use Location Address on Forms box will prompt NetSuite to follow the address set on the location record pertaining to the subsidiary at Setup > Company > Location.
