Unable to Open a Closed Work Order

Re-opening a closed work order is not yet available in NetSuite.

As a workaround, users may consider the following:

  • Delete and re-enter the work order.
  • Click Make Copy on the closed work order and edit the quantity on both header and item lines.


Note: Users may attach their case to Enhancement #179140: Transactions>Inventory>Enter Work Orders>List>Click "Edit" on a closed Work Order: Ability to reopen a closed work order.
