A saved search email in html format is truncated when it does not even exceed 4000 characters

Enhancement 157575 has been logged so that emails exceeding 4000 characters does not get truncated when viewed.

This behavior counts characters entered in the Message subtab. If HTML coding is used, the tags are counted as well so even if the output does not exceed 4000 characters, it will still be truncated.
