The Standard Order Fulfillment Confirmation Email Does Not Reflect the Changes Made on the Item’s Description in the Sales Order Page Prior to Fulfillment.

The columns that are displayed in both custom and standard order fulfilled confirmation emails regardless if it is a web order or not is set under the Cart tab of the Web Site Setup page of your NetSuite account.

To set the correct column for the item description so that changes are reflected once the description of an item is changed prior to fulfillment; navigate to:

-Setup > Web Site > Set Up Web Site > Cart tab: Mark the box under the Show column for the field Description then unmark the box next to the Brief Description field

-Hit Save button
