Alphabetically arrange the order of the Topics on the Knowledge Base

To alphabetize or rearrange the appearance of topics in your knowledge base, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Lists > Support > Topics.

2. Click Edit next to the name of your highest-level topic (Usually named as "Knowledge Base" or "FAQ").

All your topics are listed here in the order they will appear online and in the drop-down list on the Solution page.

3. On the SubTopic tab, highlight a Topic line item by clicking anywhere on the line.
4. Once you've highlighted a subtopic, you can use the Move Up, Move Down, Move to Top and Move to Bottom buttons.
5. Click Save to save your changes.

To change the order of subtopics arranged under one of these subtopics, go back to your Topics list, and click Edit next to the name of that topic. Highlight one of its subtopics, and use the Move Up, Move Down, Move to Top and Move to Bottom buttons.
