Custom Item Field Values not Displayed for Gift Certificate Items in the Webstore

To enable custom item field for the gift certificate item:

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Item Fields.
2. Click the custom item field.
3. In the Applies To tab, check the Non-inventory Item checkbox.
4. Click Save.
