Locked Contract Renewal Fields are not shown when using other Language like Francais (France).

 

Locked fields like List Rates, Inline Discount and others are not shown in the Sales Order form because the Label is set to Null once a different Language is used. These fields cannot be translated because they are locked as part of the managed bundle.

The transaction form can be customized to populate the Label in order for these fields to be shown.

1. Using an Administrator role, navigate to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders > notice that locked fields like List Rate and Inline Discount is shown.

2. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > General.

3. Change the language preference, Language = Francais (France), hit Save.

4. Navigate to Transactions > Sales (Ventes) > Enter Sales Orders (Enregistrer des commandes clients). Notice that locked fields like List Rate and Inline Discount is not shown.

5. Customize the form by clicking on Personnaliser > Ecran de personalisation.

6. Put in a label for the locked fields under Champs Filtre tab > Colonnes. Notice that Label is blank for locked fields, type in List Rate beside the List Rate field > hit Enregistrer.

7. Navigate to Transactions > Sales (Ventes) > Enter Sales Orders (Enregistrer des commandes clients). Notice that the List Rate column is now shown on the form.
