Resend Order Fulfillment Email is a standard feature available only when:
1. An item fulfillment is on Shipped status, and
2. Send Order Fulfilled Confirmation Emails preference is enabled (Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Order Management tab > Fulfillment section)
To resend an order fulfillment email using this checkbox:
1. Edit the item fulfillment record in Shipped status.
2. Next to the Status dropdown field, mark the Resend Order Fulfillment Email checkbox.
3. Click Save.
