Saved Emails from Outlook Do Not Appear on NetSuite Records


User can see and click the Save Mail toNetSuite (for NS4OL version 2008) or Save to NetSuite button inOutlook but upon checking the record in NetSuite, no email is saved.

To resolve this:

1. In NetSuite,navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

2. Edit/Customize the user'srole.

3. Under Permissionstab > Lists subtab, make sure Track Messages is added.Set Level to at least View.

4. Click Save.
