Saved Search for Items Ordered Multiple Times within a 24 hour period

1. Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Choose Transaction.
3. Search Title field: entered your preferred name for the search (eg. Items Ordered within the Last 24 Hours)
4. Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab, on Filter column, display the dropdown field and set the following. Take note that on the popup window that will appear, you will have to choose a description, click Set and click the Add button after each criteria to proceed to the next line.

* Type is Sales Order. (or any other transaction type of interest)
* Date is within relative from 1 days ago and 1 days ago.
* Item Fields... > Type is Inventory Item (or any other combination of Item Types)

Under Criteria tab > Summary subtab, add Summary Type Count, with Number field that is greater than 1

6. Under Results tab > Columns subtab > Field column, click to display a dropdown and add:
* Item with Summary Type = Group. This is the item name.

* Number with Summary Type = Count. This shows how many times an item was ordered.

* Quantity with Summary Type = Sum. This is the total quantity ordered.

* Date Created with Summary Type = Maximum. This is the date of the most recent transaction was created
7. Save & Run.
