Unable to accept payment > The top level entity cannot accept payment because it has a status of LEAD

1. Pull up the Customer record of the customer found on the Invoice.
2. Verify if there is a value on the Child Of link / Parent Company.
3. If there is, click on the Customer Name in the Child of record / Parent Customer field. This will lead the user to the parent of the customer record in the invoice.
4. Verify if the Parent record is not a Lead record. If it is, edit it and change the status to Customer-Closed Won and Save.
5.  Pull up the invoice again then hit Accept Payment.
*There should be no issues now.
