Create A Search of Customers That Displays The Total Of The First Estimate

To create the search, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to List > Search > Saved Searches > New.

2. Select Customer.

3. Provide a Search Title.

4. Under Criteria > Standard, add the following fields:

• Transaction : Type is Estimate

5. Under Results > Columns, add the following fields:

• Name
  
  • Summary Type = Group
• Transaction : Document Number
  
  • Summary Type = Minimum
• Transaction : Type
  
  • Summary Type = Group
• Formula (Currency)
  
  • Summary Type = Minimum
  • Formula = min(to_char(substr({transaction.total},1,3900))) keep(dense_rank first order by{transaction.trandate})

5. Click Save & Run.
