Delete a Customer Refund Created from a Credit Memo

To successfully delete the Customer Refund, follow the steps below:

1. Edit the Credit Memo record.

2. In the Items tab > Apply subtab > Unapply the Customer Refund by unchecking the Apply box.

3. Click Save. This reverts the Credit Memo status to Open.

4. Edit the Customer Refund record > Click Actions > Delete
