When using an Internet Explorer browser in placing a link in the Message box using the Insert Link button, the link is always inserted in the top left point of the message box and not where the cursor is (which is how it should work).
Changing the browser to Mozilla Firefox will work. But if the client insists on using Internet Explorer browser, the alternate solution will be to copy/paste the link after it has been inserted.
