Resolve Error Message: "The GL Impact of a transaction in a closed period cannot be changed." when Updating Delay Rev Rec Checkbox

Delay Rev Rec checkbox functions to delay NetSuite from creating a Revenue Recognition Schedule.

User should check:

1. If the Revenue Recognition Template associated to all the transaction lines.
*If a Revenue Recognition Template is not assigned to one of the items, NetSuite cannot create a Revenue Recognition Schedule and will reverse the amount from the Deferred Revenue to the actual Revenue account in the transaction's posting period, and not in the current month.

2. Period has Allow Non-G/L Changes = False

3. User role has no permission to Allow Non G/L Changes (Permissions tab > Set Up sub tab of role)
