Show Cases that were not Assigned within 30 Minutes from Time the Case was Created

Create Case search by :

1. Navigating to List > Search > Saved Searches > New > Select Case

2. On the Criteria tab add the following:

Filter

Description

Formula

System Notes : Old Value

is empty

 

System Notes : Field

is Assigned

 

System Notes : New Value

is not empty

 

Formula (Numeric)

is greater than 0.50

TO_NUMBER(ROUND(({systemnotes.date}-{createddate})*24,2))

On the Results tab show the actual duration by adding:

Field

Function

 

Formula (Numeric)

Number as Time

ROUND(({systemnotes.date}-{createddate})*24,2)
