User located in APAC changed the PDF Language to Chinese (Standard/Simplified). The total amount is not available on the PDF print preview. Please see solution below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction PDF Layouts
2. Edit the preferred transaction PDF layout for the affected invoice/sales order form
3. Click the total field
4. Increase the element size to 3 times the original size
5. Save the PDF layout
The total amount is not available in PDF print preview because the size of the total field should be much larger when printing in Chinese (Standard/Simplified) language.
