Edit the Asset Type on the Asset Proposal using a non-Administrator role

1. Login using Administrator role.
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
3. Click Edit or Customize besides the non-Administrator role.
4. Click Forms tab > Custom Record sub tab.
5. For the FAM - Asset Proposal Type, set Standard FAM - Asset Proposal Form as the Preferred form by checking the Preferred box.
6. Click Save.
