Furigana field is not available in case form

1.Lists >Relationships >Customers >New >Enter Furigana Field and  mandatory field >Save
2. Set up >Customization >CRM Field >New
3. Provide Label name
--Type=Free-Form Text
--Store Value=F
--Applies to tab >Case=T
--Display tab >Subtab=Main,Display Type =Inline Text
--Validation & Defaulting tab >Default Value:{company.phoneticname} ,Formula=T >Save
4. Lists >Support >Cases >New
--Select any Company and enter mandatory field
Shows the Furigana
