Saved Search for Sales Orders Approver Name and Approval Date.

To create a saved search which will show approver name and approval date of sales orders, users can perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports  > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.

2. Click Transaction.

3. Enter a Search Title.

4. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add the following filters:

-Type is Sales Order

-System Notes Fields...Type is Change

-System Notes Fields...Old Value is Pending Approval

-System Notes Fields...Date is within <set date range>

-Main Line is True (Yes)      

5. In the Results tab > Columns subtab, add/remove fields depending on the information you would like to see in the report.  You may want to include the following:

-Number

-Name  

-Amount

-System Notes Fields...Set by

-System Notes Fields...Date

6. Click Preview or Save & Run the search.
