Login parameters for PHP Toolkit and Web Services

Login to NetSuite via Web Services or PHP Toolkit require information such as your Account number, Role number and login e-mail. Description below represents a way how to find them.

Account number
There are 2 options how to retrieve your account number:

1. Navigate to Setup > Integration > Web Services Preferences > Acctount ID - in case you had SuiteTalk (Web Services) enabled; or
2. Navigate to Support > Go to SuiteAnswers > Contact Support by Phone (green button on the right).

Role number
As for your role number, set it to '3' if you have the Administrator role, or in NetSuite, navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles to view the internal ID of each role.
Access depends on used role only if there is a role restriction on the record. An Administrator role is recommended.

E-mail
Use your login to NetSuite account.
