LSA (Last Sales Activity) Link Column is not Displayed as a Hyperlink in Saved Searches

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New. Select Customer as the search type.

2. In the Results tab, add the field Last Sales Activity Fields...:LSA Link.

3. Click Preview or Save & Run.

The URLs in the LSA link column may not be clickable. To make the link clickable, turn off Inline Editing (located in the upper portion of the Results page next to the name of the search).

Note: Last Sales Activity features require the Last Sales Activity Bundle to be installed. Bundles are located in Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
