Display Vendor Balance on Purchase Orders and Bill Payment Records

Customer would like to show the Vendor Balance amount located on vendor record under Financial tab on purchase order and Bill Payment records.

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields Transaction Body Fields > New.
2. Provide the Label.
3. Set Type to Currency.
4. Clear the Store Value checkbox.
5. On Applies To tab > select Purchase and Vendor Payment.
6. On Display tab > select Main as the Subtab.
7. On Sourcing and Filtering > select Entity on Source List while Balance (Base) on Source From.
8. Click Save & Apply to Forms.
9. Enable the Show checkbox for Purchase Order and Bill Payment forms.
10. Click Save.
