Merchant eSolutions > Getting error “Invalid Transaction ID. Correct the Transaction ID and then resubmit” when charging a credit card

That error means that the Authorization Code on the credit card has already expired. You will need to get a new authorization on the Sales Order to charge the credit card on the Cash Sale.


Kindly follow the steps below to get a new authorization on the Sales Order:

1.      Edit the Sales Order

2.      Go to the Billing tab

3.      Mark the checkbox for Get Authorization

4.      Save the Sales Order.

Once a new authorization is given, bill the Sales Order again and charge the credit card on the Cash Sale.
