Resolve the error “Page Not Found https://system.netsuite.com/core/media/media.nl Click the 'Back' button on your browser to go back.” when trying to retrieve a Downloadable Item


Download Items can be retrieved after the order has been submitted. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Shopper wherein the download URL is provided. Upon clicking on the download URL, there are times when a shopper would encounter an error message that says Page Not Found https://system.netsuite.com/core/media/media.nl Click the 'Back' button on your browser to go back.

This error is encountered because the shopper does not have access to the file associated with the download item. In order to resolve this, user would need to check the file record and ensure that the Available Without Login option is marked.

1. Navigate to Documents>Files>File Cabinet and open the folder where the File is located. User can also simply enter the File Name in the;
          a. Global Search located the top-left of the screen or
          b. Use the Search form in the File Cabinet located at the left-side panel
2. Click Edit corresponding to the File Record
3. Ensure that the Available Without Login option is marked
4. Save the changes.
