Display Generate Statements under More Actions in a Customer Record for a Custom Role

When a custom role does not see Generate Statements under More Actions of a customer record, the following can be done to resolve the issue.

1. Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit/Customize target role.

2. Permissions tab > Transactions subtab > Add Generate Statements.

3. Provide at least Create level access.

4. Click Save.

Note: If the level of access is set to View only, this will not show the Generate Statements under More Actions.
