Domain is being redirected to shopping.netsuite.com or shopping.na1.netsuite.com

When the user has successfully set up their CNAME records and configured their domain with NetSuite, but their domain is still redirecting to the standard NetSuite shopping domain, they can try the following:
1. Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Domains tab
2. Check Primary Web Site URL for the preferred domain
3. Save

The domain should not redirect to shopping.netsuite.com or shopping.na1.netsuite.com now.
