Entity vs. Entity (Line) and Account vs. Account (Line) in Report Customizations

The Entity and Account fieldssource from the name and account field values in the Main Line of atransaction. 

 

Example:Customer Invoice

Account	Entity
Account field : Accounts Receivable account	Customer field : Name

 

 

The Entity (Line)and Account (Line) fields source from the name and account field valueswhether in the Main Line or Transaction Line Item level

 

Example:Vendor Bill
