Report to show Sick/Vacation entered and used by employee from time tracking.

Option 1: To view all sick/vacation hours entered by the employee regardless if paid or not.

 

Navigate to Reports> Time & Billables> Time by Employee> Customize Summary

- Click on Filters tab

- In the Search Fields, open the Time Tracked folder> Payroll Item folder and click on Name

- Set Filter= equal to

- Select all Sick/Vacation Payroll item used.

- Click Done

Click Preview

- Select the Date range to determine the Sick and Vacation hours used

- Click on the Refresh button

 

Option 2: To view all paid sick/vacation time per employee

 

- Navigate to Reports > Payroll > Hours and Earnings > Time by Employee

- Click Customize button

-  Click on the Filters tab

-  In the Search Fields, open the Payroll Transactions Folder > Payroll Item folder > Name

- Set Filter= equal to

- Select all Sick/Vacation Payroll item used

- Click Done

Click Preview

- Select the Date range to determine the Sick and Vacation hours used

- Click on the Refresh button

 

Option 3: View the employee's latest paycheck 

 

- Navigate to Transaction > Employees > Create Individual paycheck > List

Select the employee's name under the Employee drop-down

- Click on print next to the employee's latest paycheck

- A PDF file will be created and will show the Sick and Vacation hours used for the period
