Allow Users to Edit Events Organized by Others

The Organizer of the Event(s) needs to perform the steps below to allow other users to edit the Event(s):

1. Navigate to Activities > Setup > Calendar Preference
2. Enter a calendar TITLE
3. Set SHARING = Defined Below
4. In the Calendar Access tab > GRANT ACCESS TO, enter the Employee(s) that should have access
5. In the ACCESS LEVEL column, select either Edit or Full
6. Click Save
