Form installed from bundle is different from the form on the account it was created from

SuiteBundler normally adds dependencies to a bundle automatically.  Forms aren't dependent on the fields that they use though.  This means that any custom fields must be added to the form manually.  If a form from a bundle seems to look different when installed from a bundle than the account that it was created in the reason may be that all custom fields are not included.
