Yes. The Netsuite 32 bit and 64 bit ODBC drivers are compatible with Windows 8 (see OA SDK support matrix - http://www.datadirect.com/support/product-documentation/product-information/support-matrices/datadirect-openaccess-sdk/clients)
OA ODBC client requires MDAC 2.7 and above for 32bit or 2.8 and above for 64bit Windows operating systems. MDAC 2.7 has been around since the release of Windows XP and 2.8 since the release of Windows 2003. This means that any 32bit system since Windows XP and any 64bit operating system since Windows 2003 onwards is compatible with the NetSuite ODBC driver. Users will need to verify the MDAC version for older operating systems .
