Unexpected Error Message when viewing employee lists

Below are the steps to follow when ecnountering an Unexpected Error Message in viewing the employee list:

1. Navigate to Lists> Employees> Employees
2. Edit the URL. Delete everything after netsuite.com
3. Add /app/common/entity/employeelist.nl?whence= after netsuite.com

The URL would look like this:
https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/entity/employeelist.nl?whence=

4. Press the Enter key
