Permissions to access the Receive Returned Order page

In order to access the Received Returned Order page when navigating to Transactions > Customers > Receive Returned Order, an Administrator may need to assign the following permissions using the steps below:

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Click Edit on the Custom Role.
3. Under Permissions tab > Transactions subtab add the following permissions:

Receive Returns > Minimum Level of Access= Edit
Return Authorizations > Minimum Level of Access= View

4. Click Save.
