Sales Report > showing Percentage sign (%) on Formula column

Users may encounter a Formula column for Amount computation showing a percentage sign (%).

To resolve this, have the following:
1. Edit/Customize your saved report.
2. On the Edit Columns section, click on the Formula column.
3. Make sure of the following:
- "x" = should be the percentage value/column
- "y" = should be the amount value/column
4. Preview/Save the report.
