Saved Search for Items Shipped, Quantity Shipped with the Shipped to Address

1. Navigate to > Reports > Saves Searches > New > Transactions

2.  Under the Criteria tab> Standard subtab:

Type : Item Fulfillment 
Status : Item Fulfillment:Shipped
Main Line : Is True
Name (Select the name of the Customer, optional)

3.  Under the Results tab> Columns subtab

Item : Display Name
Item
Quantity
Shipping Address

4. Click Save & Run
