Unable to Select Promo Code when Creating Transaction

User creates new promotion codes under Lists > Marketing > Promotions > New, note that there is a Start Date and an End Date Field.

 

The Promotion Code always respects the Promo Code Start Date and End Date values based on the Date of the Transaction (trandate field).

 

The Transaction Date may be changed or the Promo Code Date can be changed to apply the Promotion Code.
