This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.
This happens in Adaptive Insights > Admin > My Personal Information > Change Password or Preferences > My Avatar section is missing.For a user to be able to upload a new image to use as an avatar or click Delete to remove an avatar without replacing it the Allow avatars option needs to be enabled. To do this please follow the steps below:
1. Login as Administrator in Adaptive Planning.
2. Navigate to Admin > System > Visual Preferences.
3. Under the Use Avatars section check the box Allow avatars.
4. Click Save.
