Adaptive Insights: Home > Dashboards tab does not Display

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

This happens in Adaptive Insights > Home > The Dashboards tab is missing.

To show the Dashboards tab please follow the steps below:

1. Log in as Administrator in Adaptive Insights.
2. Navigate to Admin > System > General Setup.
3. Under Enable Features > Enable dashboards tab > Check this box to enable he old-style dashboards tab that allows simple dashboards consisting of matrix reports with charts.
4. Click Save.
