NetSuite Electronic Payment (USA): Difference between Routing Number and Bank Account Number

Answer:

Routing Number is the number that identifies the bank where you have your money deposited while the bank account number is your personal savings or checking account's number. Routing Number is always with 9 digits, while the bank account varies in the number of digits.

Routing Number is entered in the Bank Number field of the Entity Bank Details record of the vendor record while the bank account number is be entered in Bank Account Number field.
