Under the customer record > Sales tab > Transactions subtab > if the View is set to Default, the memorized transactions will also appear under the customer's transaction list view. To remove the memorized transactions from the list view, kindly perform the following steps:
1. Enter a Search Title.
2. Open a customer record, navigate to Sales tab > Transactions subtab.
3. Click on Customize View.
4. Click on the Criteria tab > Standard subtab
5. Add a filter for Memorized = No or False.
Note: Make sure that the custom search created above is the one selected on the View dropdown of the customer record's sublist view.
