Shipping Fees and Handling Costs are not computed if item type of an Item is Other Charge/s

Shipping Fees and Handling Costs are not computed if item type of the related item is Other Charge/s. Since we do not really ship other charges, it is just right that no shipping or handling fees be associated with these.

If other charges are needed to be included as part of the handling cost/shipping fee, an alternate solution is to just manually override the sales order and enter the desired amount of the handling cost/shipping fee.
