Thermal Printer Setup Successfully But Will Not Print Labels

A user may have followed all the instructions to successfully set up a compatible thermal printer to print EPL2 labels using integrated shipping. However, they may find that the labels still fail to print.

Please check for the following if the printer is connected via USB (Windows 7):

  1. Click on the Start button.
  2. Navigate to Devices and Printers.
  3. Right-click the thermal printer.
  4. Click on Printer Properties.
  5. Under the Port tab, select USB001 for port.

The printer should now be able to successfully print EPL2 labels.
