UPS Quantum View email Message From Email Address

When using UPS integrated shipping and sending the customer the UPS Quantum View email to control what email is listed on the Message From field please follow the steps below:

1. Open up the Item Fulfillment record
2. Navigate to the Carriers tab
3. On the Ship Notification Email Addresses field ensure that is checked and the email that is listed will be the one on the Message From field on the UPS Quantum View

That field is not the field to send a email to the customer.
