Contacts Saved Search > List Contacts which are attached to multiple Companies or Customers

To get all contacts which are attached to multiplecompanies, below are the steps:

1. Navigate to Lists> Relationships > Contacts > Search.

2. Click Create Saved Search button.

3. Criteria tab> Summary subtab:

  • SUMMARY TYPE = Count
  • FIELD= Customer fields ... > CUSTOMER FIELD = Internal ID
  • INTERNAL ID = is greater than > VALUE = 1
  • Set

4. Results tab:

  • Internal ID(Summary type = Group)
  • Name (Summary type = Group)
  • Customer fields ... > CUSTOMER FIELD = Internal ID > SUMMARY TYPE = Count

5. Click Save & Run.
