Convert Non Inventory item to Inventory still uses the Non Inventory Part Form

When user converts Non-Inventory Item to Inventory Item, forms defaults to Non-Inventory form.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. View a Non Inventory Item using a Non Inventory Part Form.
2. Click Convert.

Actual Results:
The Non Inventory Item being converted still uses another Non-Inventory part form instead of the Inventory Part Form.

When converting the Non-Inventory Form, the record is still using the Non-Inventory Part form.  This is because the Non-Inventory Part form that was used when the Non-Inventory Item was created has Store Form with Record = T.

To resolve the problem, user can just manually switch the form to Inventory Part Form or disable the Store Form with Record from the Non-Inventory Part form:

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms> Entry Forms.
2. Click Edit on the custom Non Inventory Part Form.
3. Uncheck the Store Form with record box.
5. Click Save.
