Print Customer's Email Address on a Picking Ticket

The Customer's Email Address cannot be added to a Picking Slip PDF Layout as a standard field. However, it can be printed on a Picking Slip as a custom Transaction Body Field.

Follow the steps below to print the Customer's Email Address on a Picking Slip:

  1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
  2. In the main section:
    • Enter the Label, e.g. Customer's Email
    • Set Type = Email Address
    • Set Store Value = No
  3. Under the Applies To subtab, check the Print on Picking Ticket checkbox
  4. Under the Display subtab, select Subtab = Main ; Display Type = Inline Text
  5. Under the Sourcing & Filtering subtab, select Source List = Entity ; Source From = E-Mail
  6. Click Save.
